The House of Sports is an Olympic-style athletic training facility located in Ardsley, NY. Situated in Southern Westchester County and easily accessible from the NY Metropolitan area, Connecticut and New Jersey the 120,000 square foot state-of-the-art complex is one of the largest on the East Coast and is the home to one of the nation’s leading lacrosse, basketball and baseball training academies. The House of Sports contains: • 80-yard True grass indoor turf field • 4 regulation floating basketball courts • Dedicated shooting lab • 6000 sq. ft. baseball training center • Adult boutique fitness center with 6 studios • 60 seat restaurant/café – Champions Grill • Reception rooms Since opening in September 2012, The House of Sports has already established itself as a world class training facility that features the following sports, fitness and recreational programs and amenities: • Adult and Children’s leagues • AAU Basketball program for both boys and girls • Year round travel and club teams for Lacrosse and Baseball • Performance training center with a 50-yard track • Basketball shooting lab • Batting cages • Power Plate • TRX • ViPR • Boxing Studio • Indoor Cycling
