House Hack Information

House Hack is a Graduate Talent Accelerator and Consultancy. We empower student & graduate talent with the opportunity to consult social enterprises and find roles at growing startups. Our participants work in teams of up to 6 to solve real business problems using our Learn, Solve, Build process, presenting their solutions directly to the clients. In 2020 we hosted 10 virtual events with 28 businesses and 150 participants. Our average overall rating for these events was 8.9/10 from 92 respondents. We provide two main opportunities: Innovation Challenges - supporting social enterprises and charities on a 'Pay As You Feel' basis, offering places on a first-come, first-served basis. Talent Challenges - connecting growing startups with access to exciting graduate talent that fits their company culture, while providing tailored feedback to all applicants at every stage. Each team is led by one of our 27 Team Leaders, who facilitate the problem solving process, ensuring that the solutions presented are both innovative and implementable.
