Hotel Casa del Parque offers 15 very comfortable & clean hotel rooms, all with beautiful hand-made Guatemalan typical furniture & fabrics. All our hotel rooms have cable TV, Wi-Fi & new anti-stress beds. The swimming pool is heated by a large rooftop mounted solar panel system. We remodeled our swimming pool June of 2015 and put really nice mosaic tile in the entire pool. We are the only hotel in Antigua with a swimming pool that is within 1 block of the central park. The hotel also offers a very nice dry sauna for all hotel guest. We are the prefect hotel for your vacation as a single traveler, traveling couple, friends traveling together, small group or non profit organization. We can accomodate large or small groups, and we can give you our special discounted group prices. Our hotel has a total of 36 separate hotel beds and a total capacity of 60 people. As our hotel guest, if you need anything or have any special request during your hotel vacation stay, please ask our hotel receptionist and they will attend to your every need. However, it is better for you to come and visit our hotel in person, stay with us, and relax in the hotel swimming pool while looking at the volcano (Volcán de Agua) . For your convenience, Hotel Casa del Parque offers private airport pickups for $37. This price for for 1 to 3 people. For additional people, it is $8 exter per person. Our hotels cancellation policy is 3 days. Cancellations have to be in writing by email. If canceled less than 3 days (72 hours) prior to check-in or no-show, you are charged the full remaining balance of your reservation. For deposits paid to the hotel, if canceled more than 14 days prior to check-in, you receive a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. If canceled less than 14 days but more than 3 days before check-in, you forfeit your deposit.
