Hot Side Service specializes in servicing the restaurant, cafe, and catering industries. We are a one stop shop to handle almost any need and have been doing business in West Michigan since 1997. We repair equipment for cooking, food preparation, refrigeration, coffee, espresso, HVAC, and more - if it's in your kitchen, we can probably fix it. 24/7, 365 days a year we service restaurants, caterers, cafes, bistros, pubs and institutional kitchens such as colleges/universities, primary education schools, retirement homes and government facilities. We also have a fully functional shop and can work on small equipment at our location when it is more convenient. Our customer base is much bigger than traditional restaurants alone. If you have a coffee or espresso maker we can service your machine, and we work everywhere from offices, to salons and spas, to food cart vendors. We are the West Michigan experts in commercial espresso and we also offer espresso rental machines, not only for restaurants but for any catered party or event. Hot Side Service also regularly works with management companies that serve restaurants. We service all of West Michigan, including the Grand Rapids area, Lansing, Muskegon, Kalamazoo, Portage, and Battle Creek. Upon customers' requests we have also traveled to Ann Arbor, the Detroit area, and Indiana to complete jobs. We are warranty authorized and factory trained for many manufacturers. We stock parts for a variety of equipment, and we are the West Michigan authorized dealer for Accutemp parts.
