Mr. Hosty has been in private practice with the Hosty Law Office since 1992 in Oklahoma City. Mr. Hosty’s practice concentrates in the criminal defense areas of traffic law, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol(“DUI”), expungements, general misdemeanors, and felonies. He is Oklahoma’s first and only delegate to the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD) which is the premier national organization of elite DUI defense lawyers. As well as being the NCDD Delegate is Oklahoma’s first ever sustaining member. Mr. Hosty is a graduate of the NCDD college held at Cambridge, MA. He is certified as a Field Sobriety Test Instructor and Test Examiner. He holds a certification on all Oklahoma Intoxilyzer machines. Mr. Hosty is a member of the Oklahoma and Oklahoma County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Associations. He has presented Continuing Legal Education seminars in Oklahoma and is a sought after expert in the areas of traffic law, municipal cases, and DUI/DWI/APC cases.
