Born on 16th September 1951, married to Claire and proud father of two siblings Kevin and Kurt. A former Bank manager with 22 years of service with the then Mid Med Bank Malta and which is now H.S.B.C. He is a qualified I.T. Systems Analyst after having graduated from the UK's National Computing Center following a 2 year course at Data Training ltd sponsored by the Bank. He holds banking diplomas in addition to various diplomas and certificates from major U.K. banks to which he had been attached in the course of his Banking career. This, before branching out into the Information Technology field and subsequently setting up his own business in the IT arena. Indeed, he was responsible for the opening up of the very first I.T.
