HOS Management Information

Based in historic Savannah, Georgia, HOS Management is a family-operated real estate and hotel development/management firm. With over two decades of experience in hospitality, we strive to deliver exceptional value to our guests, associates, partners, and investors. Our portfolio of hotels span an array of iconic brands, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and Wyndham Hotels. From truly humble beginnings, our founders, Kirit Patel and Anil Patel, started with one hotel and built a flourishing family business spanning two decades of excellence. The philosophy behind our enduring success is simple: family. We strive to create a family-like atmosphere and take care of each of our associates who will, in return, take care of our valuable guests. With this basic approach as our foundation, we have built thriving, sustainable properties throughout the Southeast for over two decades. Led by unyielding management with expertise in essential areas of the industry, each of our hotels embodies the perfect blend of guest experience, value, service and gracious hospitality. With a solid financial, development and managerial structure in place, we pride ourselves in maximizing the value for each investor, partner, vendor and most importantly, each guest. Because of our success in skillfully managing our people and our assets, we have established and maintained relationships with a diverse group of iconic brands — Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Choice, and Wyndham. Our mission is to create an environment that promotes excellence in service amongst our team members and in all our interactions with people that impact the success of our business.
