Our goal is to provide a quality home with your complete satisfaction. Your home is not only your residence, it is a financial investment. So we work hard to make sure your financial investment will bring the highest return it can. We understand that your complete satisfaction will lead to a happy customer and a happy customer will lead to your referral of us to your friends and family. We pride ourselves in working closely with you on the details of your home. Before we start pricing the home, we spend a lot of time studying your plans and specifications and asking you questions on the finishes of your home. We also work closely with your architect to understand what they expect in your home. After spending time working with you and studying your plans, we offer suggestions that not only save you money, but will add value and quality to your home. We will then provide you with a formal Lock and Key contract price. Once you choose us to build your home, we will then work closely with you from the time we cut the first tree on the lot until we hand you the keys to your new home. We promise your home building experience will be fun, exciting and enjoyable. We can build your home with house plans that you and your architect provide. However, if you choose not to use an architect, we can help you design a plan from scratch using our architectural drafting program, Softplan.
