Horrigan & Goehrs, L.L.P. is a highly regarded probate litigation and administration firm founded in 1987 by Joseph S. Horrigan. We are one of only a few firms in Texas that specializes exclusively in matters related to estate planning, probate, trust and guardianship law. Our four partners have over 85 years of combined experience in these areas. It is this experience that enables us to provide clear and concise counsel to individuals who are navigating the sometimes confusing legal procedures related to the estate of their deceased family member during one of the most difficult times of their lives – including the transfer of assets, the payment of claims and the preparation of probate court and federal tax filings.
