Horganlynch Consulting Engineers (HLCE) is one of Irelands' leading Civil & Structural Engineering Consultants. Founded in 1970 by Michael Horgan & Donal Lynch, Horganlynch brings over 50 years of knowledge and experience to all projects taken on.
