Hotel- og Restaurantskolen er Nordeuropas største brancheskole inden for hotel, restaurant og turisme. Vi uddanner kokke, tjenere, catere, ernæringsassistenter- og hjælpere, gastronomassistenter, smørrebrødsjomfruer, og vi har også kurser til efteruddannelse, teambuilding og seks ugers kurser for ledige. Desuden er skolen med i en masse arrangementer, heriblandt Kulturnatten, Copenhagen Cooking og Årets Gericke, som vi lægger hus til. Skolen uddanner årligt mere end 1300 elever og beskæftiger i øjeblikket ca. 160 medarbejdere.
