HOPE is a purpose led business which provides 'HOmes for PEople' – specifically high quality Temporary and Emergency (“T&E”) accommodation for the homeless and vulnerable alongside a suitable care, supervision & support (CSS) package delivered directly by a partner Community Interest Company (CIC) or Charity. Homelessness in the UK is a major social issue. Over 250,000 people were in temporary accommodation as at June 2020, while many more were at risk of homelessness or unable to secure a safe and suitable bed. HOPE intends to be a market leader in the provision of T&E accommodation in the UK by providing high quality housing that offers wrap around support to its residents. HOPE will partner with social housing organisations that specialise in the provision of support to vulnerable and homeless people nationwide.
