Hope for Teens is an anti-Bullying organization that supports and advocates for the LGBTQ+ Youth/Teens. Hope for Teens is the only organization in Wake County North Carolina specifically dedicated to the LGBTQ+ Youth/Teens. In 2023, Hope for Teens is hosting the first ever Wake County Queer Prom. This prom celebrates the LGBTQ+ High School Students and will be an annual event to show students they are important, they matter, and they should celebrate themselves. Hope for Teens provides presentations to middle and high school teens as well as presentations to parents and adults that works with teens. We focus on the warning signs of bullying, cyberbullying and ways to prevent bullying. In addition, we offer a 24 hour hotline for any teens who wants/needs someone to talk to.
