Hoop Workshop Information

Hoop Workshop is dedicated to total basketball training and development. Our program focuses on preparing players both mentally and physically for the game while equipping them with a comprehensive understanding of the sport. It is our belief that a great athlete without a holistic approach to the game can be left behind. Our mission is to develop athletic potential and train them for the next level of the game. Whether dominating the local gym, transitioning from high school athletics to the collegiate level or becoming a professional athlete; Hoop Workshop wants to help position you for the next level.
