At hoona, we believe that the choices you make in life related to nutrition, hydration, exercise, sleep, relationships and other key pillars have a direct impact on your body, mind, and spirit. We've created a unique holistic resource center in Tervuren, near Brussels, where we provide access to knowledge, innovative tools, techniques and support to better manage your health & well-being autonomously. We've built a dedicated team of holistic therapists and developed our own approach to health & well-being based on over 25 years of experimentation. Concretely, we propose a series of services: - Retreats: Immersive experiences that allow you to reconnect with yourself in a serene environment. - Treatments: Get access to our detox space, equipped with innovative technologies that stimulate processes of rejuvenation and anti-inflammation. - Consultations: Personalized one-on-one sessions with our holisitic therapy team who can guide you towards our innovative tools and practices to help improve your overall well-being.
