I’ve always been more drawn to conducting than performing. As a kid in church, I wasn’t dreaming about holding the mic — I wanted to be the one quietly guiding the choir, feeling the room’s energy, and pulling every voice into the same rhythm. That instinct never left. It evolved into agile coaching and product work, where I’ve focused on orchestrating teams, roadmaps, and delivery flows so complexity becomes coherent and people can actually move in harmony with each other and with reality. Today, I’m building Hookah+, a next-generation hookah lounge platform that treats each lounge like a live performance — staff, sessions, flavors, pricing, and loyalty all working together as one experience. I think in systems: how to design tools that honor flow, support people in the moment, and build trust over time. Whether it’s a small team, a busy lounge, or a digital product, my work lives at the intersection of **experience, operations, and intelligence** — and my role is the same as it was when I was ten years old in that pew: conduct the whole.
