Barb Hook has 30+ years working in the insurance industry in addition to most recently four months marketing for a construction company late in 2012. Customer service and satisfaction has brought her to the forefront when someone needs a connection for a service provider. She is heavily involved with service organizations and networking groups. Her true passion to help others led her to launch Hook Connect. Hook Connect is the Intersection of Integrity & Business Growth for businesses. Hook Connect exists to protect the consumer and business owner from unnecessary stress and additional costs related to hiring the wrong service provider or contractor. She researches businesses for reputation, integrity, quality of work and stability in their industry. Hook Connect markets these service providers through email campaigns, 45+ networking and/or one to one meetings per month, social media and word of mouth.
