Honor Hospice was founded in 2013 by a group of local physicians and industry experts with one goal in mind: to bring comfort and peace to our patients and families as they near the latter stages of life. As Colorado’s only physician owned and operated hospice, we understand that it is a privilege to follow our patients through life’s final phases. We strive everyday to raise the standard in how hospice care is delivered, and consider it an Honor to assist you and your loved ones during this journey.
