Professional House Surveys are geared up to provide economically priced Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for residential properties. Whether you are a private home seller, estate agent, landlord, letting agent or registered social landlord, we have the solution for you. An EPC is currently valid for 10 years. Extensive previous experience in undertaking residential surveys ensures that we are well placed to provide EPC's to a consistent quality standard. As you would expect, properties will be inspected in a courteous and professional manner. Also, being members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the BRE Global Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation Scheme should be a further reassurance.
