COMPANY BIO: HomeShield Property Management specializes in San Diego Property Management for Single Family homes, condominiums, and 2-4 unit apartment buildings. HomeShield Property Management was founded by Mike Mora a San Diego Real Estate Broker and Local San Diegan. Mike began his real estate career in Commercial Real Estate as a property manager and tenant representative for retail and office landlords and commercial tenants in San Diego County. Mike enjoyed commercial real estate but found his true passion was in working hands-on with small investors and clients who dreamed of owning and growing their residential portfolios. Mike transitioned to residential sales and worked full time as a Realtor with The Mora Team where he quickly ranked as one of the top 5% of Realtors in San Diego County. During his career as a residential Realtor, Mike realized that communication, the pricing structure, professional marketing and full transparency in the property management industry were greatly lacking. Mike saw an opportunity for a new type of property management company and HomeShield Property Management was born.
