HomeServe Foundation Information

We’re launching the HomeServe Foundation in September 2020 with a clear vision to dramatically increase the number of apprentices in the UK. Our mission is ‘Making homes better, building better communities’ and our initial focus will be on supporting the growth of our nation’s skills, capacity and experience by encouraging and helping hard-working employers to take on apprentices in the construction, home improvements and repairs sectors. We are building a platform that will give employers all the guidance, tools and support they need to make employing apprentices the best and most efficient choice for their business. We’ll also be an advocate for employers and work hard – in partnership with the National Apprenticeship Service – to cut complexity and ensure the right provisions are in place to build the workforce of the future. Our goal is to increase the number of apprenticeships in the UK by 25,000 in just three years.
