The Kitchen is an American Bistro founded over 20 years ago in 2004 by Kimbal Musk and Hugo Matheson. The Kitchen serves farm-to-table shared plates with a mission to create restaurants that are beloved by our communities. The Kitchen has locations in Boulder, Denver, and Austin.

Brewed Awakenings LLC is a small family owned and operated coffee bar in Morris IL. We do "West coast" coffee, Lattes, and Cappuccinos with only high quality ingredients, and 100% crushed fruit smoothies. If you're looking for the "Original" west coast coffee experience that has been lost in the big chain coffee shops, Brewed Awakenings in Morris is for you come on in our use our drive-thru window. We have over 25 different coffee roasts in whole bean and a large selection of cut leaf and torn leaf teas available 235 days a year. You will find us upend from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday thru Thursday 5:30 am to 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Sunday and all Holidays.

The Heartland Cafe is a historic restaurant located in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood. Opened in 1976, Heartland was from the beginning a meeting place for outspoken progressives, neighborhood residents, free thinkers and healthy eaters. The original motto for Heartland - "Good Wholesome Food for the Mind and Body" still holds true today. Heartland features vegetarian friendly, scratch cooked whole food meals. Owned by Earth First Farms, a certified organic farm in SW Michigan, 100 miles away, Heartland is a source for organic, local food. Heartland includes a full service natural foods grocery store, restaurant, restaurant bar, live music venue (Red Line Tap) and we operate dinner theater in partnership with Theo Ubique theater company.
