Home Team was founded in 1993 by “Coach” John Matte, a 47-year veteran of the real estate industry. Coach Matte founded Home Team on two simple principles: First, in order to build a successful real estate firm, you must attract good agents, take great care of those agents, and keep overhead costs low. Home Team of America strives to help agents with what’s important in their lives through friendly, reliable, low-cost, services and support. Second, above all, make sure that each client receives an impeccable level of service in completing their real estate transaction. Using this formula, Home Team has grown to over 650 independent real estate agents, and we close over 4,500 real estate transactions per year. We are the fourth largest Real Estate Office in the city of San Antonio, Tx.
