Established in 2005. I live in and specialize in Almaden Valley, San Jose 95120. I also work in Cambrian, Blossom Valley and Santa Teresa, Campbell, Los Gatos and other areas of San Jose on request. I have a passion for educating and guiding buyers and sellers through the path of a home transaction. My goal is to make your moving experience as informed and stress-free as possible, which is why I call my business "Home Owner Experience". I strive to walk you through all the paperwork and make each step streamlined with the use of technology. I work at the pace you are comfortable with. I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and several years of corporate experience, and have worked in real estate for over 12 years through many different types of markets. I love tracking market statistics and use my engineering education to analyze data so I can educate my clients in making the best decisions (whether they are buying or selling). I began my real estate business to help people realize the benefits of home ownership in Silicon Valley. I purchased my first home at age 24, with my husband and though it was intimidating to be a first-time home buyer, we quickly saw the immense benefits. I felt compelled to walk buyers and sellers through the exciting process so they too experience Silicon Valley real estate. I resigned from my high-tech career in 2004 to begin sharing this passion. The first 5 years of my career were in the Intero Saratoga office where I became very comfortable with West San Jose and Campbell and then I moved to Intero Lincoln in Willow Glen closer to our new home in Almaden Valley of San Jose. I've sold homes as far North as Mountain View and as far south as Gilroy. My main focus today is working with my referrals and finding new business in South San Jose including, Almaden Valley, Cambrian and Willow Glen.
