Holland Consulting Planners, Inc., (HCP) is a full-service consulting firm specializing in land use planning, urban design, and community development. We have particular interest in enriching the urban fabric in communities across the southeast. We help public leaders create, revitalize, and maintain thriving communities. The firm maintains offices in Wilmington and Washington, NC. The majority of our staff is located in our Wilmington office, our firms’ headquarters. Our staff consists of experienced professionals who are members of the American Institute of Certified Planners, in addition to other organizations associated with the built environment.
