Hola Nola LLC Information

Hola Nola Foods is Louisiana's only tortilla manufacturer. We make corn tortillas, flour tortillas and wraps. Founded in 2013 by Rod Olson and Kevin Holden aka The Cajun Gringos! Louisianans love Mexcian Foods and especially tortillas. When Kevin and Rod found out that the only tortillas available in Louisiana were imported from Texas, they decided to do something about it. The result was the birth of Hola Nola Foods. We searched far and wide for low tech equipment that would make authentic tortillas. We didn't want to make the mass produced cardboard stuff that many of y'all are used to eating. We wanted to make for our customers a tortilla that would taste like a real homemade Mexican tortilla. You will love our tortillas and once you taste them, you can never go back to the cardboard stuff!
