Hola Adios Coffeeshop Information

Right here in Southern California, Spanish words are part of our culture. We live on streets called Presidio, have schools named Estancia and call towns like Costa Mesa home. Everyone knows a little Spanish, right? Hola and Adios are familiar to most and often used in conversation. A friendly greetinga sendoff. Hello. Goodbye. But the coffee culture starts at the other end of the world. Hola Adios is inspired by the travels of the green buyers that source the coffees we servegone for weeks at a time, living simply and visiting coffee farmers in North, Central and South America and Africa. We want to capture the nomadic spirit that draws people to travel to lesser known destinationsa sense of adventure and discovery, a picturesque landscape, or the chance to experience a new culture and meet new friends. So while our name is from near and far, our hope is that Hola Adios Coffeeshop is warm, worldly and inviting to you. We have a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, coffee, tea, chai, matcha, draft kombucha, cold brewed tea and coffee, hot chocolate, chocolate milk, kidccinos, and sparkling water. Our pastries are baked fresh in-house every day. Breakfast burritos, biscuit sandwiches and pacos (pancake tacos) are available EVERY DAY from 7am to 1pm. Our Sundries section provides a little extra fun beyond the standard coffeeshop offerings. Plants, blankets, baskets, bags, pins, handplanes, mugs, whole bean coffee and Jacobsen Salt Co. treats. We also feature handmade items from Saltwater Leather like keychains, valet trays, coasters and field note passport books.
