hol+ is an integrative, functional, and holistic medicine company founded in 2009 by Tasneem Bhatia, MD, and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The company operated as the Atlanta Center for Holistic and Integrative Medicine from 2009 to 2014, as CentreSpringMD from 2014 to 2025, and was renamed hol+ in 2025. hol+ delivers care and education across five channels: clinics in Atlanta (Brookhaven and Johns Creek), New York City, and Los Angeles; telehealth available nationwide; the weekly podcast hol+ with Dr. Taz MD; the hol+ Circle membership community; and a supplement line. The practice has recorded more than 60,000 patient encounters since 2009 and treats children and adults within the same practice under a whole-family model.
