Hoist-It was first established in 1985 specialising in the hire of rack & pinion passenger and materials hoists, associated products and services to the Construction Industry and Industrial sectors throughout the UK. In 2005, the company was already considered to be a Market Leader. It had identified the ever changing industry requirements to further improve quality and ultimately safety standards. With this in mind followed further significant investment in the very latest products, technology, staff training and general services to be offered. We now offer a modern comprehensive range of Hoists to our client base ranging from lightweight 200kg units through to our fleet of 3200kg capacity top of the range Alimak 650 Hoists. Hoists on offer come with a variety of platform sizes to meet individual site requirements. To complement this modern fleet of Hoists we offer a professional range of associated products and services to ensure all installations meet the highest standards in respect of safety and quality. We have been actively involved in raising industry standards through our work within the CPA via CHIG. We are proud to have been awarded ISO 9001 certification. This certification has only been achieved by about 5% of UK businesses and this prestigious award is supported by Government and is recognised worldwide and further emphasises the strength and ability of our workforce in our specialist field. To complement this we have also become accredited members of CHAS and ROSPA and actively promote training through CSCS and NVQ organisations. All our employees are CSCS and CCNSG Trained. We also enjoy approved supplier status with many of our client base and appreciate the mutual benefits this brings both in avoiding hidden costs and improving all aspects of safety.
