Richard L. Hoffman & Associates, or Hoffman, is a consultancy originally founded in 1987 to manage office moves in New York City. We have since grown to offer national support relocating, activating, and decommissioning offices, hospitals, laboratories, trading floors, media spaces, academic spaces, and more for clients in a wide range of industries. Hoffman manages multiple NY headquarters and we are experienced in supporting projects of all sizes, including locations of a million SF or more. Hoffman puts the needs of our clients at the center of our business strategy, building long-term partnerships by improving service and sustainability, lowering costs, and ultimately saving valuable time and internal resources for them.
