Hodkinson Consultancy Ltd Information

Hodkinson Consultancy is majority owned by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) with a mission to make a difference through energy and environment consultancy. We provide advise across the entire development cycle from land acquisition, planning , delivery, and through operation. We are Investors In People with We Invest In People Gold and We Invest In Wellbeing Standard. We tailor teams to suit each individual project, based upon the technical strengths and experience of our consultants. Providing proactive, coordinated advice from the outset. Your project manager will lead our input, coordinate our specialists workstreams and act as the main point of contact for you and the design team. To us, quality assurance is far more than just a review of the final output documents before submission to you. Our specialists are assigned reviewers, who are experts in the relevant field, upon appointment. Our project team then work closely with their reviewer from the outset to develop the strategies for each workstream. This ongoing dialogue maximises the value of our project advice. All our work starts with a scoping stage, ensuring that we understand the full development context and constraints, including environmental, planning & your corporate standards and preferences. From this we will develop strategies and options that enable the agreed standards to be met. Our work is grounded in experience: we work from concept stage through planning, detailed design, construction and through completion into occupational monitoring, we understand the practicalities of our advice: working, not just on paper. We won’t just be advising on what to do, but on how to do it as well.
