We are a large and established PK-12 school community in the northern corridor of Perth. At LJBC we understand the importance of choosing the right school for your children. We share with our College families common goals, because our staff are deeply committed to providing an environment of inspired learning and achievement, a place to feel safe, happy and appreciated for individual interests and talents. Children benefit when they know that they can grow with confidence in a place that allows them to easily connect to achieve their dreams and hopes for the future. Our strong academic record is one part of our story. Many of our students have achieved the state’s top results in examination subjects as they prepare for University. Our campus is well presented and our building programs consider green space, functionality and the aesthetics of modern design. Our curriculum suite for our co-educational environment is extensive! The College also offers a balanced experience of exceptional co-curricular programs inclusive of Sports, Creative and Performing Arts, Cultural and Academic tours to overseas countries and opportunities for community service contributions both locally and internationally. We are a Christian school. Our motto derived from Micah 6:8 is ‘Seek Wisdom, act Justly and love Mercy’. We have a professional team of support and administrative staff and we have a strong and large College Leadership Team K-12. By choosing Lake Joondalup Baptist College you will be providing your child with many opportunities from which to choose for a good start in life. We will equip them with the knowledge and skills that will grow them beyond mediocrity and we will provide them with opportunity to embrace the values of Christian influence. Our school grounds are extensive, with a large oval, several playgrounds, a unique nature play area and a well-resourced kitchen garden. The school is fully air-conditioned and our facilities include a library, science, visual art and music rooms and two undercover areas. We have a school canteen that operates three days a week and offers low cost, nutritious food for both morning tea and lunch. Before and after school care for students is available on our school site, operated by a qualified private provider. The Duncraig Primary School parent community is an integral part of our school. As an independent public school, our school board is a major governing body that consists of parents, staff and community representatives.
