Hocc Information

Heidelberg Occasional Childcare Centre (HOCC) provides 'take a break', flexible care for children six months to six years of age (not yet attending school), allowing parents and carers to attend appointments, study, work, take care of personal matters or just relax, whilst their children are nurtured in a warm, stimulating and caring environment. Our centre delivers a variety of morning sessions in either 3 hour or 5 hour blocks which cater for children aged 6 months to 6 years. We also provide 3 hour afternoon sessions specifically designed for 3 year old plus children, that introduces them to a structured pre-kindergarten program. Bookings are either on a permanent or casual basis. Our early childhood coordinators plan activities to support the educational needs of children of different age groups, and consider the social, emotional and physical needs of their various stages of development. As a parent or carer, you can leave your child at HOCC secure in the knowledge that they will be under the guidance and supervision of dedicated and qualified staff.
