HOAhomepage is the website for the Common Interest Property owners Association. We are a resource for resident and non resident owners, as well as vetted non owners who have a verifiable reason to interact with our members. Before the association site goes live we are forming a Writers' Collaborative membership organization, Where member writers sharing targeted special interest groups can submit articles privately for comment or suggestion before publishing. Real Estate professionals who write articles or newsletters to brand themselves and are willing to provide advice in a forum setting to our members and the general public become part of our block platform. The block system is how we group communities based on buyer criteria, and assign professionals based on expertise. The Writers' Collaborative will start adding members and articles in November 2022.
