HMV-Properties is a North Carolina based company formed in 2012 when Hiren Viroja realized the opportunity to get into Hospitality industry. In March of 2010, Comfort Inn of Charleston was purchased and provided with luxury accommodation and a staff dedicated to quality service. With success of Comfort Inn, Hank Viroja joined the company and acquired Heartland Inn of Coralville, IA (low City) in 2011, as an independent boutique property. After Operating two successful properties the company expended into Pineville North Carolina in 2013, and then in 2014 in Fort-Mill. Currently HMV properties manages four successful limited service Hotels, one shopping Center, along with investing in four Hyatt Place hotels in Carolinas. HMV-Properties has a successful track record of completing complex renovations and repositioning on time and within budget. Our success is derived by our talented leadership and team members who possess the combined skills over 50 years of Hospitality industry.
