HLC Constructions Pty Ltd is a successful construction company with a family history being established in 1936. We have a strong history of project delivery in commercial building and construction and we take pride in our track record of repeat business. Our ability to deliver and the success we have experienced in managing client relations has been at the cornerstone of the business throughout the past 83 years and core to our operations through each generation. Our project portfolio now includes supermarkets, warehousing, sporting & community facilities, churches, commercial offices, educational, fast food outlets, industrial complexes, medical centre’s, restaurants & bars, schools, supermarkets and telecommunications sites, as well as more traditional retail type projects. The service we provide ranges from full design and construct (D&C), project management, tendered construction, guaranteed maximum price, cost plus open book and ongoing maintenance services. A partnering approach with all clients from inception to final handover. Our aim is to provide the client with “Value Added” construction experience being the most economical and direct approach for the delivery, construction process and client design requirements. All sites are provided with a high standard of WHSE Management – OHS Certification AS/NZS 4801 Management System. This ensures all procedures and protocols are implemented to protect the construction staff, client and any other adjoining facilities.
