HLB Azerbaijan LLC is predecessor of Capital Audit Ltd which has been established in December 07, 2001. In November 2011, Capital Audit Ltd became the member firm of HLB International in Baku, Azerbaijan and name of the company has been changed to HLB Azerbaijan LLC. HLB Azerbaijan has two partners and 10 members of staff. HLB Azerbaijan LLC is a professional audit and consulting company, which applies its skills and experience for prosperity of its clients, founders, staff and society. The Company offers audit services of financial statements, prepared in according to the accounting principles of the Republic of Azerbaijan, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), transformation of financial statements from statutory into international standards, audit of Project Implementation Units (PIU’s), audit of grants and NGO projects and projects financed by the international organizations. At the same time Company provide also consulting services in tax and accounting areas. Company’s staff has essential experience in applying the methods and practices for providing qualitative services.
