Formed in 1989 by construction professionals David Hedgecox and Graham Lewis providing quantity surveying and estimating services to contractors in the building industry. We have a practical approach which is both commercially aware and cost effective. Our personal Partner-led service comes with a detailed knowledge of each specialism. Our portfolio includes many varied contracts, some prestigious, some multi-million pound, some just interesting: Sellafield, RBS, Lloyds Bank, National Trust, University of Manchester, The Weather Centre, Commercial Hydraulics, National Farmers Union and the G7 Summit preparations. In 1991 we worked on our first measured term contract for the City of Birmingham. Since then a combination of training, software and years of experience has resulted in us gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the recognised schedules of rates and measured term contracting. We've worked on numerous term contracts and measured accounts in excess of £100 million. Now an established quantity surveying practice of 28 years standing. Acknowledged as foremost schedules of rates surveyors, providing surveying, estimating and cost management services to contractors, sub-contractors and organisations in the construction industry.
