HJ Concepts Limited was formed in 1989 by Phil Hamblin undertaking small residential extensions and alterations for local builders and private clients. In 2002 Chris Akehurst joined the practice as a director and helped the business to expand and diversify during which time the office was moved to its current location at Fareham Reach. Both directors have over 20 years experience within the construction industry and bring with them a varied range of skills to utilise within the running of the practice. We believe HJ Concepts is able to offer a unique range of services to our clients including civil, structural and architectural design all under one roof. We are experienced in providing a first class service at all stages of a project from scheme design to planning approval through to building regulations, tendering and site supervision.
