The Hive maintains a strong focus on scouting new talent, recognising potential straight away. We provide the support and development needed to take our new faces to international success. The owners and founders - Laura, Nicole and James - have over 30 years combined experience in talent management and are known for their honest reputation and strong relationships industry wide.
