As Network Administrators we take on all the responsibilities of preventing and resolving issues, just as an employee would. Except, there are not all the additional expenses normally associated with employees such as; sick and vacation time, hiring replacements, training costs, health care, and other expenses. We offer services including help-desk, remote support, 24/7 monitoring and reporting, hardware and software repair, security, backups, and email. For monitoring and maintenance, we focus on the health of the network along with all the computers, printers, and other devices attached to the network.
