We’re a premium independent agency specializing in mobile app and game development located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Hitcents was founded in 1999 by twin brothers, Clinton and Chris Mills. Still in high school at the time, they were armed with two laptops and just enough raw ambition to make their ideas a reality. Originally created as a cost-per-click advertising business, the company began a new chapter in 2011 by focusing on work for hire web and app development. During that year, an employee had an idea called “Draw A Stickman”. He thought, “how cool would it be to draw your own Stickman and then watch it come to life on screen?” After a few months, the website www.drawastickman.com was launched, and 10 million visitors stopped by within the first weekend. Something that started as a simple idea designed to promote creativity quickly became a huge success. From this achievement, a new business model and a fresh new direction emerged for Hitcents. We turned our focus to the development of large-scale mobile games, and we’ve been playing in the games arena ever since! Over the past 17 years, we've remained true to our original development background while continuing to pivot into a variety of industries including mobile games & apps, web development, and software development. Hitcents is based out of our original location in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and over the years we have expanded our offices to San Francisco and Los Angeles. We’re excited to see where our future growth will take us next!
