Himbrimi Old Tom Gin is based on early 18th-century gin recipes and won "World's Best Gin" at the World Gin Awards 2019 in the category of compound gins. Our London Dry Gin, Himbrimi Winterbird, is distilled in a bespoke still that uses the heat of Icelandic geothermal water to heat up the still. 5% of the revenue of each bottle sold is donated for nature conservation in Iceland.
