The Chicago Dental Society is an association for dentists in the metropolitan Chicago area (Cook, DuPage and Lake counties). We organize the annual Midwinter Meeting – the leading scientific dental meeting and tradeshow. CDS promotes the art and science of dentistry and improving oral health for all.
CDS members have been keeping Chicago smiling for 150 years.
Since our founding in 1864, and incorporation in 1878, our mission has been to encourage the improvement of the health of the public, to promote the art and science of dentistry and to represent the interest of the members of the profession and the public that it serves.
We count more than 6,100 dentists as members.
PYD’s goal is to create a world where young people with disabilities will be able to live with dignity and pride in who they are, and to lead self-determined lives filled with purpose. To make this happen, we build the skills and abilities of young people with disabilities, and increase the inclusivity of workplaces, organizations, and communities.
