Hillscorp was established with a clear vision to build a strong property development business. Directors Andrew and Phillip Denton had already established exceptional individual careers in the building and construction industries when they began to develop property together in the mid-1990s. Their complementary skills and industry experience saw them complete various projects successfully, and it became clear that they needed to formalise their partnership and build a team of professionals around them. Hillscorp officially commenced operations in Sydney in August 2002. The company expanded steadily with the addition of specialist staff, and the establishment of an office in Queensland in 2003. Hillscorp's Queensland office is situated at Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Hillscorp has proven on multiple occasions across many projects and over many years that what is considered difficult in the development world can be achieved when you have a proactive approach combined with a professional team of staff, consultants and contractors. Since the company's formation Hillscorp has focused on the acquisition and development of quality residential communities' throughout Queensland. The consistent population increases in Queensland has been well documented and a shortage of residential land in certain localities has led to a steady demand for quality residential lots.
