The first Myhealth Medical Centre opened in Baulkham Hills in 2007 founded by a group of dedicated General Practitioners. Myhealth has since grown to over 80 centres across 3 states. Many medical specialists and allied health practitioners have joined to provide holistic care to patients including nurses, pathology collectors, physiotherapists, psychologists, dieticians, podiatrists, dentists, and radiologists. Our GP’s exercise clinical autonomy to deliver their best professional care to patients facilitated by Myhealth’s support team. Our GPs and GP partner(s) collaborate with our evolving supportive management team which harnesses collective professional knowledge to deliver better GP and patient satisfaction. We actively invest in the future of healthcare, performing research and development into computer software, systems and doctor training. Brighton Medical has been serving the local community for over 30 years. We're a well-established, AGPAL accredited medical centre with male and female doctors and on-site nurses to assist with all your healthcare needs. Our practitioners are dedicated to providing the highest standard of long term, family-focused care. We also offer the convenience of onsite pathology after 3pm. As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients with a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. This means no out-of-pocket expenses for most general consultations. Located in Brighton, we are easily accessible to those who live or work in Brighton and the surrounding areas, including Sandgate, Shorncliffe, Deagon, Bracken Ridge and Bald Hills. We are close to public transport services and there is ample onsite parking available for those who prefer to drive. We are open 6 days a week, from 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4:30pm on Saturdays. The Hills Medical is very much an integral part of this vibrant hills community. We've been tending the health needs of the people here for more than 30 years. It's hard to believe that it is nearly a decade since the old Arboreal Hall and grounds were purchased and the distinctive purpose-built medical facilities, with the latest in medical technology, became part of the hills' landscape. We offer a range of allied services including podiatry, psychology and pathology which enables patients to access specialist services easily and conveniently, without having to leave the mountain. We provide an ideal venue for the local GP network and medical community to host and attend specialist sessions, training and professional development, and other medical forums. The Hills Medical is proud to be an AGPAL (Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited) Medical Practice and is an Accredited Training Practice with EV GP training in the delivery of the Australian General Practice Training Programme. We work in partnership with EV GP Training to train the next generation of GP's for our community. Our practice has GPs who supervise, mentor and support medical students and GP Registrars to gain the experience necessary to obtain their Fellowship of General Practice.
