Hillman Meat Company is a food service meat business which specialises in supplying top quality meat, poultry and game to restaurants, hotels, and eateries in Brisbane and around Queensland. We have an extensive range of products and specialise in portion-cut, weight- ranged poultry and meat. The supply of game meats is an area of expertise in which we source and stock game from across Australia to supply not just restaurants, but also butchers and meat wholesalers. We supply over 150 restaurants in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Northern Queensland (our main supply regions). Our customers regularly receive accolades in hospitality industry awards, and in that we take satisfaction and pride.
