Hillcrest and its associates have developed a number of properties in the Greater Boston Area over the last five decades; many of which are still in our management portfolio today. As property owners and real estate professionals, we understand the importance and stability that comes from long term ownership and stable property management. We currently manage a portfolio of investment properties in the Greater Boston Area and actively look to continue expanding our portfolio of managed properties.
