hii is an open and accessible arena for low-threshold peer support among students. We offer facilitated workshops where we combine creative facilitation and positive psychology methods to promote self-awareness, develop healthy habits and build resilience for future ups and downs. We develop our workshops in cooperation with psychologists and student counsellors, and they evolve around „light“ topics related to mental health such as "dealing with stress“, "saying no“ and "my strengths“. Our mission with Hii is to make peer support available and accessible for everyone on campus. Join us on our journey!
