Highpoint Services Information

Highpoint Services, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Kelly Dychdala, P.E., a civil engineer with a strong background in environmental consulting and construction inspection. Her environmental experience in both the industrial and government sectors, working knowledge of the regulations, and hands-on experience in the field provides her with a solid background for handling a wide variety of challenging civil/environmental projects. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ACSE) and the National Association of Female Executives. In 2005, Highpoint expanded its services to include a civil engineering division. Roman Dychdala, P.E., joined Highpoint in 2005 to head the civil division. Roman has over 20 years of civil design and project management experience with both small and large engineering firms. His vast knowledge of land development design, permitting, and approval can bring your project to completion in a timely and cost effective manner. He has managed a multitude of commercial, residential, industrial, municipal, and institutional projects giving Highpoint's civil division the expertise to take on any type or size of land development project.
